The Pedalhounds enduro events are often the most popular in the South of England. The format is super flexible, the categories are extensive and you get to enjoy riding in one of the most beautiful parts of the country. This is a great race for anyone looking to enjoy their first MTB event and meet some friendly riding buddies.

Peebles, Scotland

You may well recognise Peebles as the home of the fantastic TweedLove festival, and it returns at the end of the summer for a fun-based enduro event. There will be none of the usual pressures of racing, just fun times and good vibes. This is the perfect introduction for those looking to get into racing and have the most fun possible on the bike- and it’s located in one of the very best MTB destinations in the country!

Ae Forest (Scotland)

The amazing people over at Hope WMN have are hosting a women’s enduro race alongside the amazing Ae Endurofest and PMBA National Enduro round, on the fantastic trails that snake through the forest. There will be plenty of categories for riders of all ages and ability, and the opportunity to get your race legs beneath you, learn the enduro format and have a downright great time.

Truro, Southwest England

A location so good it’s visited twice by the South West XC Series should tell you all you need to know. It will be a great day for all ability levels and there are categories suitable for all riders.

Swaledale, Yorkshire Dales National Park

At this years Ard Rock Hope WMN will have 2 ride outs, a morning and an afternoon so hopefully depending on your other commitments you can can get to one! They aim to meet at the Hope stand in the Ard Rock event village around 10am with a view of setting off riding around 10.30pm for the morning ride out. The afternoon Ride out will meet from 2pm , wheels rolling by 2.30pm.

If you're local or not attending the Ard Rock festival you can still join this ride out.

Plymouth, Devon

Another great event from Southern Enduro sees riders competing for amazing prizes over 5 stages; there will be event camping, great food and a really cool event village. There are tonnes of categories for female riders, and even a unisex hardtail category for the hardtail enthusiasts out there.

Minehead, Somerset

Another ride for women to enjoy together from the Hopetech Women crew; these rides are super popular due to the fact that they are simply rides- no racing, no pressure, just a huge crew and good vibes all day.

Truro, West England

This XC race will feature a creative track and plenty of categories for all levels of rider- it’s part of a wider series so be sure to check for an event near you!

Coed Llandegla Trail Centre, Wales

This Mini-enduro offers a new format for those looking to experience a less stressful race run, giving riders the opportunity to take as many cracks at each stage as they can. Unlimited race runs and open stages means the only thing holding you back from getting the perfect lap is your fitness! Race in the afternoon/ late evening and just enjoy your runs.

Normal enduro races can seem intimidating due to the technical difficulty, speed and overall length of the course, but Enjoyro fits all the elements and fun of enduro into a less demanding day. Perfect for younger and/or less race-savvy mountain bikers, this event will ease you in gently.

The Enjoyro race on 15th June and Enjoyro EVO on 25th August (a step up from Enjoyro) make the perfect race combination, so there’s a £10 discount if you enter both, and at any time.

Tiverton, Devon

Southern Enduro is a legendary events organiser with a great history in British MTB, famed for hosting great fun, family friendly events suitable for all levels.

Grammarcombe, Devon

This event is an XC epic for all abilities and encourages people to come out and give it a go. There is a women’s category and the track will feature a great mix of hand-made and natural features, and include routes for all levels of rider.

Pendle Pump Track, Swindon

Bring whatever bike you can and ride with friends at this social evening, there won’t be any coaching but there will be great company, some superb BMX’ers and even a few dirt jump bikes for you to try out.
