14. Payment Terms, Refunds, and Cancellation Policy
14.1 Payment Terms
By purchasing any products or services through SheRides(“the Website”), you agree to the following payment terms:
-Pricing: All prices displayed on the Website are in pounds and are subject to change at any time without notice. The price applicable to your purchase will be the price indicated at the time you place your order.
-Payment Methods: We use squarespace payments who accept the following forms of payment:

Automated Clearing House (US merchants only)
SheRides reserves the right to use all or some of the above payments. At check out you will be advised which payments are accepted at the time of purchase. You represent and warrant that the payment information you provide is accurate and that you are authorised to use the payment method.
-Billing Information: You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate billing information for all purchases made through the Website. If your payment method is declined or payment is otherwise not received, we may cancel your order or suspend access to any services you have purchased.
-Taxes: Prices on the Website may not include applicable taxes, which will be calculated and added at checkout, where applicable. You are responsible for paying any applicable sales, use, or value-added taxes associated with your purchase.
14.2 Subscriptions and Recurring Payments
For services offered on a subscription basis:
-Automatic Renewal: If you purchase a subscription, it will automatically renew at the end of the subscription period unless you cancel your subscription in accordance with Section 15.4. You will be charged the applicable subscription fee using the payment method you provided at the time of purchase.
-Billing Cycle: Subscription fees are charged on a recurring basis based on the selected subscription plan (e.g., monthly, yearly). Your subscription will renew automatically unless canceled before the renewal date.
14.3 Refund Policy
We strive to ensure that our products and services meet your satisfaction. However, we offer the following refund policy:
-Digital Products or Services: Due to the nature of digital goods and services, all sales are final, and no refunds will be provided unless explicitly stated otherwise. If you experience technical issues with our services, please contact us at sheridescollective@gmail.com, and we will work with you to resolve the issue.
-Physical Products: If you have purchased a physical product and it is defective or damaged, please notify us within 30 days of receiving the product to request a replacement or refund. You may be required to return the product at your expense, and refunds will be issued to the original payment method. We currently use Printful for our physical products, please their Refunds Policy for more information.
-Subscriptions: Subscription fees are non-refundable once charged. However, if you cancel your subscription in accordance with Section 15.4, you will not be billed for subsequent periods.
-Special Refund Terms: Any promotional offers, discounts, or trial periods will be stated on the appropriate pages of the website for the specific products it applies to.
14.4 Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your purchase or subscription as follows:
- One-Time Purchases: Once a payment has been made for a one-time purchase, cancellations are not permitted, and no refunds will be issued, except as outlined in Section 15.3.
- Subscription Services: You may cancel your subscription at any time by logging into your account or contacting us at sheridescollective@gmail.com. Upon cancellation, you will continue to have access to the service until the end of the current billing cycle. After that, your subscription will not renew, and you will not be charged further.
-Trial Subscriptions: If you are participating in a trial subscription, you may cancel at any time before the trial period ends to avoid being charged. If you do not cancel before the trial period ends, you will be automatically charged for the full subscription period.
14.5 Chargebacks and Disputed Payments
You agree to contact us before initiating any chargeback or payment dispute. If we are unable to resolve your concerns, you may proceed with the chargeback. However, if a chargeback is initiated without first contacting us, we reserve the right to dispute the chargeback and take any necessary actions, including suspending or terminating your account.
